You have 5 minutes to return the powerbank upon receiving it. Kindly check to ensure the powerbank is in good condition, and if you are not satisfied, kindly slot the powerbank back to the Energy Station within 5 minutes in order to be entitled for return. Once we capture that the powerbank has been returned, you will receive a notification on through our mobile app.
1. The rental duration will be automatically renew upon the expiry of the duration of 24 hours, where the user will be charged a maximum of RM4 for failing to return within 24 hours.
2. Upon automatic renewal, rental will be directly deducted from the user's e-wallet without any prior notice.
3. If the balance in the user's wallet is not enough, the balance will go negative and user will have to pay back the amount owed during the next top up.
4. The maximum rental duration will be 7 days (168 hours) where the user will be charged a rental of maximum RM28 for the 7 days (168 hours) of usage.
5. Shall the user fail to return the power bank within 7 days (168 hours), the user's deposit of RM35 will be forfeited.
Refund is applicable for both the return of powerbank as well as the refund of deposit. For return, once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For deposit, you will have to request for refund through our mobile app. Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
